Base Price: references the following CBOT contracts

Corn – average of daily close of the December contract during February
Soybeans – average of daily close of the November contract during February
Wheat - average of daily close of the September contract from Aug 15th to Sept 14th
Popcorn – corn base price x RMA popcorn factor 0.043

Harvest Price: references the following CBOT contracts

Corn – average of daily close of the December contract during October (OH & IN) (MI- Nov.)
Soybeans – average of daily close of the November contract during October
Wheat - average of daily close of the September contract during July
Popcorn – corn harvest price x RMA popcorn factor 0.043
